By accessing or using the Grid Code Engineering website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site, whether browsing, submitting a contact form, or interacting in any other way.

The Site is operated by Grid Code Engineering, an independent technical services firm headquartered in Monterrey, México. The Site provides information about our services, projects, expertise and the means to contact us.
The Site is intended for prospective and existing clients, partners, recruiters, journalists and other professional audiences. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

You may reproduce short extracts of Site content (for example, in a press article or academic citation) with attribution to "Grid Code Engineering" and a link to the Site. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of Site content requires our prior written permission.

When you submit information to us through the Contact form, by email, or by any other means, you grant us a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and, where applicable, scoping and executing an engagement.
You represent and warrant that:

- You have the right to share it with us
- The submission does not violate any obligation of confidentiality, intellectual property right, or applicable law
We treat the personal data in your submission according to our Privacy Notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date. However, the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not technical advice or a substitute for engaging us under a written services agreement.
Specifically:
- Project portfolio entries reflect work completed at the time stated and are not warranties of current or future performance
- Methodology descriptions are summaries — actual engagement workflows are tailored per project
- Accreditation, certification, and regulatory status statements reflect our position at the date of publication and may change

/ 12Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States (México), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, México. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
If you access the Site from a country other than México, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of that country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
